AGIA donates medical equipment to PGH via The Manila Times
ASIA'S Golden Icons Awards and Events (AGIA) Inc. turned over to the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) its donation of medical equipment on March 12. The donation aims to enhance the quality of healthcare services provided to patients and further support the mission of PGH in delivering excellent patient care.
It also included nebulizers, oxygen tank sets, hygiene kits, oximeters, vitamins, ROHS thermometers, a microtoise, Bible and coloring books for children. AGIA has established itself as a leading organizer of events that celebrate excellence across various fields. Its portfolio includes Asia's Influential Leader Awards, Asia's Golden Icon Awards, Asia's Modern Hero and Asia's Pinnacle Awards.
Asia's Influential Leader Awards was held on February 16 at Okada Manila. Among the prominent awardees were Sen. Grace Poe, Tesda Secretary Suharto Mangudadatu, DICT Secretary Ivan Uy, Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia, BIR Commissioner Romeo Lumagui Jr., Clark Development Corp. President Agnes Devanadera, Philippine Airlines COO Capt. Stanley Ng, Bulacan Vice Gov. Alex Castro, Kapamilya star Coco Martin, Kapuso star Alden Richards, and singer-pilot Ronnie Liang.
According to AGIA founder and chairman Ronnel Ybañez, the organization has two main objectives: honor outstanding individuals and institutions and raise funds for corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives to create a lasting and meaningful impact on society. Ybañez said they recognize and appreciate the generous efforts of several individuals and organizations who have collaborated and partnered with them in making these donations possible.
