Over 500 families were extended with help in a successful Relief Operation for the local community of Sitio Masagana and newrly brgys, a small town on the outskirts of Calapan City and NAujan Mondoro Orriental, initiated by a joint project of the Blessah Foundation, the Highland Eagles Club “El Matador” , Highland lady Eagles Group & Hec Aspirants.

With less than a week of preparation, they travelled across the sea via ferry bound for Calapan, Oriental Mindoro, then they travelled by land for hours to reach to the far-flung community which had been hardest-hit by the floods and earthquakes. There, they were welcomed by the locals with hopes plastered on their faces. The Brgy. Captain of Sitio Masagana, and officers of Brgy, even told them how long they have been waiting for help to come, but since their sitio is 50 km away from the city, aid was out of reach.
